We are delighted to host you at Canyon Vista Lodge, Bed & Breakfast during your trip to Zion National Park! The following information summarizes our reservation policies:
All rates are based on double occupancy. Springdale, Utah sales and resort tax (13.22%) will be added to your total. (Our Sinewava and Kinesava King Suites can accommodate up to four and five guests respectfully at an additional charge of $25 per additional guest per night.
Reservations during peak season (April through October) are generally subject to a two-night minimum. However, if your schedule allows only a single night please contact us. Exceptions are sometimes available. We can be reached via e-mail, or by phone at 435-772-3801.
*Deposit and Cancellation Policy*
A deposit equal to the cost of your first night's stay will be used to hold your reservation.
If you need to cancel for any reason, please give as much notice as possible to allow us time to re-rent the room.
All cancellations are subject to a $40 administrative fee. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of scheduled arrival will be charged only the standard cancellation fee of $40. Cancellations made between 16-30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (plus tax) for all nights cancelled, unless we can re-book.
15 days prior to arrival we will charge your credit card for the remaining balance on your reservation. At this point, reservations are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book your room(s).
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you are arriving late, arrangements can be made to check-in after 6:00 pm.
Check-out is 10:30 am.
